Wear over the lungs and/or bronchial passages to direct energy into them when suffering from any sort of cold, flu or respiratory infection, especially if your respiratory system is weak or compromised. To stimulate your immune system, place one over the thymus gland area, which is under your breastbone about 1 to 1-1/2 inch (25-38mm) down from the notch where your collarbones meet.

Using surgical tape or Cell Dotts that come with this package, adhere the Tachyonized Micro-Disk directly on the area in need of balancing, with the side that says "energy flows out this side" facing your skin. Cover the entire area with the appropriate number of Micro-Disks.

Do not cut into the plastic lamination for any reason. The purpose of the lamination is to protect the fragile inner disk of compressed silica.

When using Micro-Disks on an unbalanced area wear them as often as possible throughout a 24hour period. Remove when showering or bathing and then reapply.

Fingernails are helpful here! Peel off the white paper circle and place the Cell/Micro-Disk on the exposed adhesive. Then carefully lift the Energy Cell/Micro-Disk and the adhesive backing off of the remaining paper and place on the body.
