Eurotunnel closure

Yesterday in the afternoon, the French Government has made the announcement that it would not accept persons or cargo arriving from the UK as of Sunday at 22:00. All passenger flights are canceled, the Eurotunnel made its last crossing at 21:34 Sunday night and all ferries are also docked. 

What does this mean for your parcels?

Logistic companies do not want to drive to the UK, because it’s unclear when trucks would be able to get back to the EU. For now, the announcement was made originally for 48 hours, but it’s uncertain if this will last longer.

Therefore, we want to ask you to keep in mind that additional delays of several business days could occur for parcels being sent to the UK.

This is an unfortunate situation for all of us. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information about this situation.
