Step 2: Submit Verification
To approve and upgrade your account to wholesale status, we’ll need at least three of the following:

- Proof of a personal practice in a business location (photos or documentation)
- Photo of a fully equipped therapy room
- Documentation showing you work with a professional group
- Inside and outside photos of your business facility
- Business license in your name
- Website, business card, or published listing confirming active status
Once approved, your account will automatically show 30%+ wholesale discounts on most products, based on product type and monthly volume.
Returns Policy for Wholesale Accounts
As listed on our Shipping Page:
Wholesale customers may return unused, resalable products in their original packaging within 30 days. Returns will receive account credit only — no refunds to credit card, cash, or check. Used or damaged items cannot be returned.
